Operating a Technology and Business Incubator (TBI) at the Acropolis Group of Institutes, the foundation supports the development of new enterprises with innovative technologies by offering access to physical infrastructure, technical assistance, and networking opportunities. AIIH Foundation provides a comprehensive support system addressing all critical aspects of startup development. This includes technological, financial, human resources, and operational needs, complemented by access to an extensive network for growth and development. Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Workplace: AIIH Foundation, Acropolis Group of Institutes). Role Description This is a full-time role for an Entrepreneurship Educator. The Entrepreneurship Educator will be responsible for designing programs, developing lesson plans, teaching, training and mentoring students and budding entrepreneurs in various entrepreneurship concepts and practices. The role includes preparing educational material, delivering engaging lectures, providing mentorship and guidance, and assessing educational outcomes. The educator will also facilitate workshops and webinars to enhance learning and practical application. This role demands both academic and practical exposure to the startup ecosystem. The educator will facilitate workshops, develop curriculum, and mentor early-stage ventures.. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and deliver structured entrepreneurship courses, bootcamps, and workshops for students, faculty, and innovators. 2. Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs and guide them through ideation, business model development, market validation, and fundraising. 3. Curate case studies, success stories, and best practices to inspire the entrepreneurial community. Promote entrepreneurship as a viable career path for students and young professionals. Job Specification Qualification: Master’s degree in Management/Entrepreneurship/Innovation or related field. Experience: 4–8 years of experience in entrepreneurship education, incubation, startup mentoring, or entrepreneurial practice. Skills & Competencies: 1. Strong understanding of lean startup methodology, business model canvas, and startup lifecycle. 2. Ability to teach and mentor in practical, engaging formats. 3. Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills. 4. Skills in Lesson Planning and Education 5. Proficiency in Communication, Teaching, and Training 6. Strong mentorship and guidance capabilities 7. Understanding of startup ecosystems and entrepreneurship principles 8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 9. Experience in the educational sector or business incubation is a plus 10. Strong working knowledge of digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack/Teams for collaboration, and documentation/reporting platforms for program management.
