Job Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to achieve performance excellence while supporting talent development, recruitment, and succession planning
• Analyze technical performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
• Identify emerging technologies and industry trends, positioning the organization for competitive advantage and supporting innovation implementation
• Manage engineering budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal return on investment across all departmental initiatives
• Oversee technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices
• Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third-party engineering solutions, and negotiate partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities
• Champion organizational change management initiatives and lead the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and digital transformation efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related technical field
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering measurable business results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Track record of successful organizational change management and innovation implementation
