We’re seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to design, build, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing email workflows including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Browse Abandonment, and Win-Back flows—along with other retention-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate understands how to craft strategic touchpoints that guide subscribers through the entire customer journey, from first signup to repeat purchase.
You’ll own both strategy and execution, including building email automations, writing and designing visually engaging templates, and implementing segmentation, testing, and performance tracking. You should have a strong eye for design, be comfortable working within platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar, and know how to interpret data to improve performance continuously. This role blends creative design, data-driven marketing, and strategic automation to maximize email marketing ROI and strengthen brand loyalty.
