Job description
Primary role- Examining and auditing existing KRAs established by each function. Assuring the accuracy of the data and logic used to calculate the KRA score.
- Analyze the KRA scores of various functions and identify KRAs that can be improved.
- Ensure that all documents related to the KRA calculation process, data used for KRA computation, and KRAs are uploaded into HRMS. Identifying gaps/queries in the required data point and bringing them to the attention of the relevant functional authority. Assuring that actions are taken and gaps/questions are resolved.
- Maintaining records of such identified gaps / queries, preparing reports of such identified gaps / queries, and delivering them to functional authority on a fixed basis.
- Any findings / suggestions / improvements discovered during the KRA Audit must be reported to superiors in a structured manner.
