- Organize and plan Engineering documentation.
- Collect, align, and organize the documentation required from Engineering stakeholders. Create documentation packages.
- Participate in the Engineering development projects, ensuring proper and timely documentation.
- Coordinate the creation of necessary documents between technical content providers, System Leads, Component Responsibles, and Technical Writers.
- Coordinate the continuous improvement tickets.
- Manage Teamcenter and CMS (Content Management System) for the creation, organization, and change management of documentation.
- Improve the procedures related to documentation creation and management within the Engineering department
- Team worker, customer & solution oriented, clear and structured communication and leadership skills. High quality awareness and assertiveness. Intercultural experience necessary.
- Comfortable to work and interact frequently with relevant stakeholders across the organization, understanding situations and applying a global perspective aligned with company strategy.
- Combining creativity with attention to detail and a systematic and careful way of working.
