Key Responsibilities
- Support plant operations and monitor process parameters
- Assist in preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
- Identify and report process deviations and equipment issues
- Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Maintain shift logs, reports, and documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) norms
- Contribute to continuous improvement / Kaizen initiatives
- Diploma in: Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Instrumentation / Chemical
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial processes
- Strong learning agility & discipline
- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Safety-conscious mindset
