Support media buying operations by purchasing and optimizing ad inventory across channels to ensure efficient delivery, supply quality, and alignment with approved media plans. Execute deal management, inventory controls, and supply-side optimizations to support campaign performance objectives.

Summary
As a Media Buyer, you will execute and support media buying activities across programmatic channels by managing inventory, deals, and supply quality. You will work closely with Programmatic Specialists and Media Buying Managers to ensure inventory commitments, deal performance, and supply-side controls are maintained at high standards.
This role is execution-focused and forms the foundation of supply quality, delivery stability, and cost efficiency across campaigns.

About The Role
Support media buying operations by purchasing and optimizing ad inventory across channels to ensure efficient delivery, supply quality, and alignment with approved media plans. Execute deal management, inventory controls, and supply-side optimizations to support campaign performance objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute programmatic buying activities across DSPs in line with approved media plans and buying strategies.
- Negotiate and manage deals with SSPs, ad networks, and publishers to secure high-quality inventory.
- Manage inventory commitments, whitelists, blocklists, and brand-safety rules.
- Monitor deal performance including delivery, win rates, CPMs, and troubleshoot supply issues.
- Collaborate with Programmatic Specialists to adjust deals based on performance trends.
- Maintain relationships with SSPs, publishers, and network partners for ongoing supply optimization.
- Support resolution of supply-side delivery issues such as under-delivery, fragmentation, and bid loss.
- Ensure all buying activities adhere to governance, quality, and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of SSPs, PMP deals, PG/PD deals, and SPO strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with supply partners.
- Understanding brand safety, viewability, and ad fraud prevention frameworks.
- Working knowledge of DSP deal setup workflows and inventory diagnostics.
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical ability to interpret supply performance data and identify improvements.
- This role directly impacts inventory quality, delivery stability, and cost efficiency.
- It operates as a feeder role into Media Buying Manager or Programmatic Specialist positions.
- Platform and programmatic certifications are strongly recommended.
- The role works closely with Programmatic, Ad Ops, and COE teams to ensure seamless execution
