We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Marketing Lead with 2 to 5 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on driving organic growth, generating qualified leads, optimizing digital campaigns, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With

  • SEO & Organic Growth
      • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and lead generation.
      • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits, and content optimization.
      • Implement E-E-A-T, schema markup, featured snippet, voice search, and link-building strategies.
      • Monitor SEO performance and identify growth opportunities.

  • Performance Marketing
      • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
      • Improve campaign performance through audience targeting, A/B testing, conversion tracking, and landing page optimization.
      • Maximize ROAS, reduce CPA/CPL, and drive qualified lead acquisition.

  • Website Optimization
      • Optimize WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce websites for SEO, UX, performance, and conversions.
      • Partner with design and development teams to implement SEO and CRO best practices.

  • Content & Demand Generation
      • Develop and optimize blogs, landing pages, case studies, ad copy, and marketing assets.
      • Support SEO, paid acquisition, and lead-generation initiatives through content-driven campaigns.

  • Analytics & Growth
      • Track and analyze website, SEO, and campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, GTM, and Looker Studio.
      • Create reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to improve marketing ROI.
      • Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows, optimize campaigns, and scale growth.


Core Competencies

  • SEO: Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, site audits, backlink strategies, schema implementation, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, budget management, attribution, CPA, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Analytics & Marketing Technology: Strong proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance reporting.
  • Website & CMS Platforms: Experience with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, website optimization, technical implementation, and conversion-focused best practices.
  • Content & Growth Marketing: Knowledge of content marketing, demand generation, CRO, lead nurturing, customer journeys, and inbound lead generation.
  • AI & Automation: Experience using AI-powered tools for SEO, content optimization, campaign management, reporting, workflow automation, and performance enhancement.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on SEO and Performance Marketing.
  • Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, Technology, eCommerce, or B2B services environment.
  • Proven success in driving organic growth, lead generation, and revenue impact through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and integrated digital marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), lead nurturing, attribution tracking, and data-driven growth strategies.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve marketing efficiency, content performance, campaign optimization, and reporting.
