Growth Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive (Fresher) to support mobile app growth through Google Ads, App Store Optimization (ASO), and AI-powered marketing tools. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in app marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, and data-driven growth. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive app visibility, installs, and engagement while leveraging modern AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Google App Campaigns, including campaign setup, asset coordination, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Support App Store Optimization (ASO) activities, including keyword research, metadata updates, competitor analysis, and store listing improvements.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for keyword research, ad copy generation, campaign insights, creative ideation, and marketing workflow optimization.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as installs, CPI, conversion rates, retention, and campaign spend.
• Ensure alignment between advertising creatives, messaging, and app store listings to maximize conversion rates.
• Coordinate with Design, Content, ASO, and Data teams to execute app growth initiatives effectively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and automation tools to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
• Conduct market and competitor research using AI and traditional research methods to support user acquisition strategies.
• Stay updated with Google Ads, Play Store policies, ASO best practices, and emerging AI technologies relevant to mobile app growth.
• Ensure compliance with Google Ads and Play Store policy guidelines.
  
  

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, mobile applications, and online advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar productivity and marketing tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn app growth, performance marketing, ASO, and AI-driven marketing practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
