Dev Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Dev Business Analyst with experience in Infor Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) to work closely with the Development team in defining and documenting functional requirements for product features and enhancements. The role focuses on requirement analysis, feature clarification, functional documentation, and supporting the development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of IDP product capabilities

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

• Collaborating with Product Management and Development Teams on the feature requirements.
• Defining and documenting functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyzing product enhancement requests and translating them into development-ready specifications.
• Supporting developers with functional clarifications during implementation.
• Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
• Coordinating functional validation and assisting in feature testing activities.
• Maintaining product documentation and requirement traceability.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of overall experience in enterprise software/product development environments.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Exposure to OCR technologies and document processing workflows is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, user story creation, and functional documentation.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work closely with Development teams to define and clarify product features and functionalities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience working on enterprise SaaS or document automation products.
• Exposure to OCR technologies and document processing workflows is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or ERP platforms such as Infor Cloud Suite.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
