Job Summary
The Design Lead in Casting plays a critical role in driving the design strategy and overseeing the design team to ensure high-quality design solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in casting and strong leadership to foster collaboration among stakeholders and integrate design thinking into product development.
Key Responsibilities
Aero casting components including modeling and detailing.
Skill Requirements
5+ experience working on aero casting components including modeling and detailing using NX and EPEC TCE
Strong Understanding Of Casting Processes And Techniques.
Proficient In Cad Software For Product Design And Modeling.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Manage Design Teams And Engage Stakeholders.
Solid Ability To Present And Articulate Design Concepts Effectively To Various Audiences.
Familiarity With Design Standards And Best Practices Within The Product Design Domain.
Other Requirements
preferably based in Hyderabad
