Position Title: Deputy Manager – Product Quality (QC)

Work Location: Vadodara

Experience: Diploma ( 5-10 yrs) & Degree (3-6 yrs)

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

  • Inspection of Electronics Products - subassemblies and finished goods and approving finished products. (APFC, iMMRelay, Solar Drive, EOLR, NPR etc).
  • Production line FTY monitoring and report release.
  • Line rejection monitoring & improvements projects to reduce rejection, defective sample analysis & corrective action reports. Customer complaint analysis and Corrective action report.
  • Improvement projects like Six Sigma, QC story etc. Handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, etc.
  • Coordination with functions like Design, Engineering, Purchase and Suppliers for various developments, activities.
  • Operators shift management, handling various activities like Kaizen, skill matrix, HEP, OPL etc.

Functional Competencies:

  • Quality function experience preferably in electrical manufacturing
  • Must have exposure to process and product requirement of applicable international standards
  • Engineering Drawing reading & Interpretation, Software knowledge like MS office, SAP.
