Broad outline of the Role Oversee rollout execution and corrective actions
- Key Responsibilities
- Support sales with unified delivery plans and cost inputs
- Lead cross-functional teams (multiple product/project streams)
- Multi Product Knowledge (CNGS, SASE, Managed LAN /WIFI, CLOUD, SECURITY, CaaS, UCaaS, Move)
- Strong understanding of RFP compliance, RFP interpretation
- Deliver within approved scope, timelines, and budget
- Establish and manage program governance (internal and customer-facing)
- Align with customer delivery frameworks and reporting cadence
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor performance (cost, turnaround time, quality, efficiency)
- Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, and Operations to resolve issues
- Apply best practices to improve processes and operations
- Develop reports, metrics, and business cases for decision-making
- Assign project managers and teams based on scope
- Define milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
- Conduct regular reviews and track performance
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and issue resolution
- 15 to 20 years in program/project delivery
- Proven experience managing large programs ($3M+ ACV)
- Proven experience in cross-functional delivery and transformation initiatives
- Large-scale program/project management ($3M+ ACV)
- Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Cross-functional team leadership
- Strong communication
