About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Demand Generation Executive with 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for both internal initiatives and client projects, targeting the US and Indian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute demand generation and B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content strategies.
- Identify target audiences, generate qualified leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to manage marketing activities, campaign deliverables, and timelines.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of B2B lead generation and campaign management.
- Understanding of US and Indian markets.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and client projects.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology-based marketing.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
Work Requirements
- Willingness to work in Evening or Night Shifts.
- Comfortable handling US and Indian market campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
