Data Analyst รับผิดชอบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาเว็บไซต์และระบบต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งจัดการข้อมูลให้มีคุณภาพ และสื่อสารด้านข้อมูล โดยเลือกใช้เครื่องมือที่เหมาะสมกับงาน

Responsibilities

  • สร้างและดูแลรักษา database schemas เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการจัดเก็บและการเรียกใช้ข้อมูลมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • กำหนด data type และ transform data เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความสอดคล้องและความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
  • พัฒนาและจัดการ data models เพื่อรองรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
  • ออกแบบ พัฒนา และจัดการกระบวนการ ETL เพื่อดึง แปลง และโหลดข้อมูลจากแหล่งต่างๆ
  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อหาข้อมูลเชิงลึกและให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมและลูกค้า
  • สนับสนุนทีมในการทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความต้องการด้านข้อมูล
  • ดึงและทำความสะอาดข้อมูลเพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพสูง
  • นำเสนอและสื่อสารลักษณะข้อมูล ผลการวิเคราะห์ และคำแนะนำ โดยใช้เครื่องด้าน visualization, reporting และ presentation
  • ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมภายในและลูกค้าเพื่อดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูล
  • ดูแลรักษา databases, spreadsheets และเครื่องมืออื่นๆ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์และรายงานข้อมูล
  • ให้คำแนะนำแก่ทีมเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้น และการออกแบบ dashboard

Qualifications

  • ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงาน Data Analyst, Data Engineer หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ประสบการณ์ในการทำ Data Warehouse, ETL
  • ประสบการณ์ในการทำ Machine Learning และ AI จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีประสบการณ์การใช้งาน SQL, Excel และเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เพื่อจัดการและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อน
  • สามารถจัดการและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการเขียนโค้ดด้วยภาษา Python
  • มีทักษะในการสื่อสารด้านข้อมูลกับทีมภายในและภายนอก โดยใช้แผนภาพและเครื่องมือต่าง ๆ เช่น Data Studio, Tableau เป็นต้น
  • มีความรู้และเข้าใจการจัดการข้อมูลในด้านความถูกต้องและคุณภาพเป็นอย่างดี
  • เข้าใจ best practice เรื่องการบริหารข้อมูลในการตั้งชื่อ กำหนดความหมาย และจัดแบ่งกลุ่มข้อมูล
  • ช่างสงสัยและคลั่งรักในข้อมูล (passionate)
  • มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนและปรึกษาหารือกับทีมได้

  • เข้าออฟฟิศ 2 วัน ต่อสัปดาห์ : อังคาร ศุกร์
  • เดินทางสะดวกใกล้ BTS ศาลาแดง และ MRT สามย่านหรือสีลม
  • ไม่มียูนิฟอร์ม แต่งตัวอิสระตามสไตล์ตัวเอง
