Cyber Security Instructor

We're Hiring | Project Officer & Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (18 Months )

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Private ITIs, NSTIs, and Vocational Training Institutes.
• Coordinate with Principals, Training Officers, and Government stakeholders for successful program implementation.
• Deliver engaging classroom sessions on:
• Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals
• Cybersecurity Basics
• Employability & Job Readiness (Resume Building, Communication Skills & Interview Preparation)
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions using standardized training content and presentations.
• Conduct assessments, capture participant feedback, and prepare training reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of training activities and institute coordination across assigned districts.

Who We're Looking For

Education

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates from Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields are preferred.
• Technical background is not mandatory.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in:
• Training & Facilitation
• Educational Program Delivery
• Skill Development Projects
• NGO/CSR Programs
• Experience working with Government Institutions, ITIs, NSTIs, or Skill Development Missions will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Training and facilitation experience
• Report writing and documentation
• Basic MS Office proficiency
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
