Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews, research calls, and surveys.
- Build rapport with customers and gather detailed feedback through structured
- conversations.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback and identify recurring themes.
- Work on questionnaire design, interview guide preparation, and research operations.
Skills & Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Communications, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in research, customer support, surveys, or market research; fresh graduates welcome.
- Excellent verbal, written, and active listening skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Curious, empathetic mindset with the ability to identify patterns from qualitative feedback.
- Basic familiarity with survey tools, spreadsheets, or data analysis.
