Customer Service Executive

Approach Auto Mobility is the official business partner of Yulu in Nashik, building and operating the city's electric shared mobility network. As we launch in Nashik, we're looking for dedicated people to join our founding team.

As a Customer Experience Executive (Yulu Captain), you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with rentals, subscriptions and everyday support. You'll ensure customers have a smooth experience while assisting with the daily operations of the Yulu hub.

Location: Nashik

Work Schedule: On-site | 6 days a week

• Help customers with rentals, subscriptions and general questions
• Guide users through the Yulu app and onboarding process
• Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed
• Share customer feedback and suggestions to help improve our services and operations
• Build strong relationships with riders to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Encourage referrals and help grow the rider community through positive interactions
• Support battery swaps and basic station operations
• Keep the hub clean, organised and welcoming for customers
• Encourage customers to continue using Yulu services

• Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus)
• Comfortable using smartphones, basic digital tools and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn new platforms and processes
• Good communication and people skills
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn
