APM Terminals

  • Handle end-to-end import and export operations.
  • Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other trade-related documents.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
  • Process and maintain records related to import/export transactions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment schedules and documentation requirements.
  • Manage duty payments, customs clearance activities, and regulatory filings.
  • Track logistics costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare periodic reports on shipment status, logistics performance, and trade activities.
