About the Role

- Manage original property documents for loan applications.
- Execute on-ground disbursal activities such as cheque handling and preparation of documents for legal vetting.
- Collaborate with sales and credit teams to resolve documentation-related queries promptly.
- Liaise with legal and technical vendors for document verification.
- Supervise a team of local operations officers responsible for post-disbursal checks and physical document collection and scanning.
- Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and TATs for end-to-end loan disbursal processes.

Education
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Relevant experience in credit operations or retail asset operations preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
- Ability to manage teams and ensure process compliance

- Commitment to meeting service delivery timelines and quality standards
