About the Role
We are looking for a warm, creative, and people-focused Community Manager to build an engaging, inclusive, and positive workplace culture at E2M. You will be the heart of our employee experience initiatives, creating meaningful interactions, fostering belonging, and ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Community Building
- Be the approachable, go-to person for employees.
- Build and nurture a strong internal community.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs.
- Welcome and onboard new joiners to ensure they feel comfortable and included.
- Celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries, and personal milestones.
- Maintain a positive, friendly presence on the floor.
- Ensure employees feel heard, supported, and cared for.
- Events, Culture & Communication
- Plan monthly events, festival celebrations, themed days, and cultural activities.
- Work with the Admin team for logistics, décor, and vendor coordination.
- Plan and manage large-scale company events.
- Organize internal competitions and team-building activities.
- Engage and support remote team members.
- Identify issues proactively and gather feedback to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a People and Culture Manager or in a similar employee-experience or engagement role.
