Job Description

As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises. You will play a key role in observing daily activities, identifying suspicious behavior, and supporting overall site security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live feeds from CCTV cameras across the facility in the Control Room.
• Record and report any unusual activities, security breaches, or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily events, incidents, and observations.
• Perform daily shutdown checks and basic maintenance of the CCTV systems.
• Record vehicle in/out movement and maintain proper logs.
• Coordinate with security guards and conduct regular alertness checks via phone.
• Provide assistance to management and external agencies (if needed) by providing CCTV footage and incident reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of surveillance data at all times.
• Report system issues promptly to the Chief Security Officer or appropriate personnel.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of CCTV operations and equipment.
• Attention to detail and high alertness.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry).
• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency procedures is an advantage.
