Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Contracts & Procurement to lead procurement and contract management activities for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement and contract management for Civil, MEP, HVAC, Utilities, Architectural, and Interior packages.
Manage the complete tendering process including RFQs/RFPs, bid evaluation, techno-commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract award.
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, purchase orders, and work orders.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and business objectives.
Build and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships, performance, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor procurement progress, contract execution, variations, claims, and project costs.
Coordinate with engineering, project management, finance, QA/QC, and site teams to ensure timely procurement and successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management.
8+ years of experience in Contracts & Procurement within Industrial, Pharma, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, EPC, or PMC projects.
Strong knowledge of tendering, contract administration, procurement planning, vendor management, BOQ analysis, commercial negotiations, and EPC/FIDIC contracts.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, Advanced MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera; Power BI will be an advantage.
