- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered in ERP - SAP
- Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify issues and bring resolutions
- Serve as primary organizational contact during contract execution
- Ensure effective tracking of payment as per project terms
- Engage relevant stakeholders during contract execution – Lateral leadership
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses
- Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis
- Provide contract-related issue resolution to team
- Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance
- Networking with peers internally and externally
- Mentor and Guide the team for professional development
