Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine the most appropriate surgical interventions.
  • Execute complex joint replacement and arthroplasty surgeries with precision and adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct osteotomy procedures and arthroscopic surgeries with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
  • Develop and implement preoperative planning to ensure the highest level of patient care and surgical outcomes.
  • Provide effective management of postoperative care, including infection management and rehabilitation planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care and optimal recovery processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.
  • Offer emergency support and interventions for orthopaedic trauma and urgent surgical cases.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements in orthopaedic and arthroplasty techniques.
