- Strong experience driving complex end-to-end testing and cross-functional coordination across multiple systems and teams.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-assisted testing, and automation, with a passion for learning and adopting emerging AI technologies.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery through effective stakeholder communication.
- Skilled in test strategy, system analysis, troubleshooting, process improvement, and automation planning.
- AI-aware mindset with a focus on leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and delivery efficiency.
