Conservation Architect

Qualification

* Post Graduation in Conservation Architecture

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and review conservation and heritage architecture proposals.

* Develop architectural conservation frameworks for heritage and special regulation areas.

* Support preparation of Master Plans with heritage-sensitive planning approaches.

* Coordinate with urban planners, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders on conservation-related works.

* Conduct heritage assessments, documentation, and conservation studies.

* Ensure compliance with architectural conservation guidelines and heritage regulations.

* Prepare technical reports, drawings, and conservation recommendations.

Mandatory Requirements

* Candidate should have been involved in:

* Architectural conservation,

* Framing special architectural regulations for heritage areas,

* And related works,

for at least one Master Plan in the last 5 years.

Kannada Speaking Preferred.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of heritage conservation practices and urban regulations

* Experience in heritage precinct planning and restoration concepts

* Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills

* Ability to work in multidisciplinary planning teams
