We are looking for a Company Secretary (CS) / Semi-Qualified CS with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate compliances and hands-on experience in ROC filings and business registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all types of ROC filings and statutory compliances.
- Manage company incorporations, LLP formations, and other business registrations.
- Assist in preparation and filing of annual returns, forms, and other MCA compliances.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, notices, and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of information and timely compliance.
- Support in handling secretarial audits and related assignments.
Requirements:
- Qualified CS / Semi-Qualified CS with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of ROC filings, company law, and other statutory compliances.
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within timelines.
