Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the collections process for the allocated pool and area
- Proactively manage overdue accounts and achieve weekly/monthly collection targets
- Conduct field visits, negotiate repayment, and ensure PTP adherence.
- Ensure timely sale of mortgaged properties for hard-bucket cases.
- Ensure all recovery actions adhere to legal, RBI regulations, and ethical guidelines
- Achieve target collections of charges and late payment penalties from customers
- To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing collection feedback regularly.
Key Skills / Requirements
- Graduate with 2 - 3 years’ experience.
- Strong knowledge of home loan/LAP segment
