- Provide guidance and support to the closing team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless closing experience for clients.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in closing sales.
- Drive continuous improvement in the closing process.
- Train and mentor junior closing team members.
- Report and provide regular updates on closing activities
- Strong understanding of the closing process for real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tool
