Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate features and benefits of Irillic products and solutions to users
  • Hand hold prospects/customers to perform clinical procedures when using Irillic products
  • Provide training to users so that they utilise the system independently
  • Complete Clinical Application demo/training/handover documentation e. Create Clinical Case Studies and customer testimonials
  • Assist sales & marketing teams with clinical material for CMEs, Industry Conferences & presentations by customers
  • Provide training to Internal teams & channel partners on all Irillic products
  • Engage with customers and other stakeholders in gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term relationships, maximize customer outcomes

Desired Background & Experience

  • 2-5 years’ experience in handling Laparoscopy Imaging systems either with a manufacturer/distributor or with a hospital/clinic
  • Well versed in OT environment
  • Good spoken communication skills in English and local language(s)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred)
