Primary Responsibilities
- Demonstrate features and benefits of Irillic products and solutions to users
- Hand hold prospects/customers to perform clinical procedures when using Irillic products
- Provide training to users so that they utilise the system independently
- Complete Clinical Application demo/training/handover documentation e. Create Clinical Case Studies and customer testimonials
- Assist sales & marketing teams with clinical material for CMEs, Industry Conferences & presentations by customers
- Provide training to Internal teams & channel partners on all Irillic products
- Engage with customers and other stakeholders in gathering feedback to improve customer satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships, maximize customer outcomes
- 2-5 years’ experience in handling Laparoscopy Imaging systems either with a manufacturer/distributor or with a hospital/clinic
- Well versed in OT environment
- Good spoken communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science (preferred)
