  • Work with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and business units to develop business requirements, technology strategies, and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Define and oversee the development of IT vision, strategies, architectures, and standards to support long-term organizational goals and evolving technology needs.
  • Determine enterprise-wide IT requirements and drive strategy for hardware, software, and infrastructure acquisition, integration, and modernization.
  • Establish governance frameworks to guide IT policy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide decision-making and operating models.
  • Provide oversight of infrastructure, production operations, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.
  • Lead IT operations to ensure service levels, performance, and business objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Drive long-term IT resource planning, including budgeting, asset lifecycle management, and investment prioritization.
  • Direct internal teams and vendors in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise technology infrastructure and services.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for key strategic technology initiatives and enterprise programs.
  • Oversee subsidiary or aligned technology units, including leadership decisions, staffing, and major investments.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and industry trends, translating them into actionable insights and investment decisions.
  • Evaluate technology investments using cost-benefit and risk-reward frameworks to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner with business and functional leaders to define IT requirements and ensure delivery of effective technology solutions.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and oversee evaluation processes, including technology RFPs and procurement decisions.
  • Present technology strategies, performance, and financial updates to executive leadership, board members, and risk or governance committees
