About the Role
Sailotech is looking for a highly capable Change Manager to support multiple concurrent initiatives within a dynamic life sciences organization. In this role, you'll drive structured change strategies that increase stakeholder visibility, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across technology and process transformation programs.
You'll partner closely with project managers, functional leads, and subject matter experts to ensure change impacts are understood and effectively supported within defined stakeholder groups.
Note: This role is project-focused and does not include enterprise-wide change governance or portfolio leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
Project-Level Change Execution
Develop and execute change plans aligned to individual project objectives and timelinesConduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, system, and role-based changesDefine targeted readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groupsMaintain and track project-level change deliverables and milestones
Stakeholder Engagement
Identify key stakeholder groups directly impacted by assigned projectsSupport stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and feedback collectionPartner with project sponsors and functional managers to reinforce key messagesEscalate resistance risks and adoption barriers to the Change Lead or Program leadership as needed
Communications Support
Develop clear, audience-specific communication materials that translate technical change into business relevanceDraft project-level announcements, FAQs, talking points, and updatesAlign communication timing with project milestones and deployment phases
Training & Adoption Support
Conduct learning needs analysis for impacted stakeholdersPartner with SMEs to support development of training materials and job aidsCoordinate training logistics with project teamsMonitor adoption metrics and identify areas requiring reinforcement
Measurement & Reporting
Track project-level adoption metrics and engagement indicatorsProvide regular status updates on change activities and readiness progressSupport development of simple dashboards to visualize adoption trends
What You Bring
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Life Sciences, or related field4–7 years of experience in change management or organizational change supportExperience supporting technology or process implementation projectsProsci certification and familiarity with structured change methodologiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to work effectively within a project team structureStrong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple concurrent projects
Preferred
Experience within regulated industries (life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or laboratory environments)Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, laboratory systems, data platforms)Experience supporting user training and readiness programs
