Your future duties and responsibilities
Axway Transfer CFT Administration, Installation and Upgrade (Both standalone and cluster environments).
- Axway Transfer CFT configuration:
- New partner and IDF creation.
- Flow modifications.
- PKI, TLS/SSL certificates management.
- CFT Windows/Unix scripting (sending, resend, error handling).
- Axway Transfer CFT Troubleshooting, analyse and resolve CFT production problems.
- Knowledge of Pesit, FTPS and SFTP protocols.
- ServiceNow ticketing tool (requests, changes, incidents, problems).
- Basic Knowledge on UNIX and Windows OS and Networking.
- Interaction with vendors (opening Cases, etc…)
- Interaction with external customers (Communication issues troubleshooting).
- Axway Secure Transport (Installation and Configuration).
- Axway Flow Manager (Installation and Configuration).
Contributing Responsibilities:
- Expertise on Linux/windows environments (admin skills are needed)
- English (mandatory).
- Expertise on high availability environments.
- Strong global Infrastructure knowledge (Clustering, Storage, Network, OS, …)
- Automation - scripting capabilities
- Ansible skills (or other automation skills)
- Team and collaborative working to develop and deliver appropriate solutions skills
- Customer service-oriented skills
- Experience of delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines.
- Experience on production environment and support
- Analytical mind-set
- Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work autonomous and in team environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
