As a key member of our Finance team, reporting to the Director of Accounting Operations, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments to ensure accurate and timely application of cash to customer accounts.

With a flexible hybrid working schedule,  you can enjoy the best of both worlds—engaging in-person collaboration at our Hyderabad, India office, while also enjoying the autonomy and comfort of remote work.

What You’ll Do

• Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including charging payments made by credit card, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs.
• Participate in a team environment byassistingcoworkers with completion of daily, month-end, and quarter-end workload when necessary.
• Address payment issues like double payments or other discrepancies.
• Identifydaily unapplied amounts, post to customer accounts,callback-up,and provideAR.
• Maintenance of records for auditing purposes (filing remittances, bank statements, approved write offs).
• Processes inquiries and research requests received by the collections team to resolve customer account discrepancies and/or questions.
• Reconcileaccounts daily.
• Specialprojectsassigned within the department .
  
  

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have: 

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 5years’ experiencein a similar position.
• Advanced MS Excelskills.
• Experience with multinational enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• A high levelof accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent team collaboration skills.
• The ability to multi-task, handle interruptions, andmaintainflexibility in assignments.
• Fluency in English language.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
