• At least 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in CA firms or professional practice environments

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant to join our team as an Income Tax & Audit Executive / Manager. The successful candidate should have substantial hands-on experience in Income Tax matters, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and regulatory compliance. This role requires the ability to independently handle client assignments, lead teams, and provide advisory services related to taxation and audit.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Income Tax returns, assessments, notices, and tax planning
• Perform Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits
• Ensure adherence to TDS, GST, and other statutory obligations
• Prepare and evaluate financial statements and audit reports
• Provide clients with guidance on taxation and compliance issues
• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth execution of assignments
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Income Tax regulations
• Experience in conducting Statutory Audits and Tax Audits
• Hands-on experience with TDS and GST compliance
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Capability to manage client assignments independently
