Business Specialist - Data Analysis, Agile methodology

Job Summary

The consultant is expected to:

• Understand end-to-end reporting and governance requirements.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Security Officers, Product Owners, Service Teams, IRM/OCIO Management, and other business stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Define reporting requirements, KPI/KRI expectations, business rules, and governance metrics.
• Understand data sources such as ServiceNow, Defender, Varonis, Fortify, Proofpoint, CMDB, and other security platforms from a business perspective.
• Identify reporting, compliance, and governance use cases.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and obtain business sign-off on requirements.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, data mappings, and reporting outputs.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the delivered solution aligns with business expectations.

Based on the above expectations, this role requires strong stakeholder management, business analysis, governance, and reporting experience, along with the ability to independently engage with senior customer stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a consultant in Azure Data Engineering projects. Proficiency in Power BI reporting is also desirable.

3. Handson experience with agile methodology, including scrum or kanban, to drive project execution and delivery.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
5. Ability to think critically and problem solve to address business challenges with innovative solutions.
Other Requirements
1.Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) certification is preferred but not mandatory required.
