Business Manager

Job Description

Our client, is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and hands-on Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations, administration, and overall coordination.

The ideal candidate should be a locally based professional with strong business acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities.

Experience 5–10 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute day-to-day business activities and operational priorities.
• Oversee office administration, staff coordination, and general management.
• Coordinate with production, sales, accounts, vendors, and external agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle external business activities, government offices, statutory matters, and local liaison work.
• Monitor operational efficiency, expenses, timelines, and business performance.
• Support management in business planning, process improvements, and growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Preferably based in Coimbatore, with strong knowledge of the local business environment.
• Fluent in Tamil and comfortable communicating in English.
• 5–10 years of experience in business operations, general management, or administration, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and execution skills.
• Willingness to handle both office-based and field responsibilities independently.
