We’re expanding our horizons and looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us scale new markets, build partnerships, and grow our presence in the hospitality and travel ecosystem.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, driving partnerships, and increasing revenue streams for Moustache. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about the travel and hospitality industry — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Partner Acquisition

Identify and onboard new business partners including travel agencies, corporates, event planners, and institutional clients.
- Explore new business opportunities, destinations, and collaborations to expand Moustache’s footprint

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners and clients.
Relationship Management

Nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and property visits to strengthen engagement
- Act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams for seamless coordination
Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.
- Negotiate deals and pricing to ensure mutual profitability

Collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams to execute promotions and campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis

Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas

Prepare business development reports and present them to management.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking ability and market awareness
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
