Role Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Business Associate(Upwork Specialist & Online Bidding Expert) with a strong background in securing projects through Upwork and other online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT and software development sector, with a deep understanding of the bidding process on Upwork and other freelance platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a knack for developing compelling proposals that resonate with potential clients.

Primary Responsibilities :-

• Expertly manage Upwork and other online bidding portals to secure mobile app and software development projects.
• Conduct thorough research to understand potential clients needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Maintain a high level of activity on Upwork, ensuring timely responses to project postings and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand Amplework Software’s capabilities and strengths, leveraging this knowledge in proposal creation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity on Upwork to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term partnership and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Associate, specifically with winning bids on Upwork & other online bidding portal in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of the mobile app development process and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for creating persuasive proposals.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of the latest industry trends, technology, and best practices in mobile app development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
