Roles & Responsibilities / Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Post Sales Business Analyst in the IT / software industry.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate client requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business documentation, and preparing high-quality presentation decks for clients.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop process optimization and automation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and process advancements to modernize business systems.
• Hands-on experience preparing post-sales documents such as proposals, quotations, client emails, and brochures.
• Close business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Assist in building and presenting business cases to internal and external stakeholders.
• Project planning, monitoring, and timely reporting.
• Ability to translate and simplify complex technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Requirements management, documentation, and clear communication across teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Good understanding of technology, IT products, market trends, competitor analysis, and business processes.
