Business analysts at Devolution play a key role in shaping product direction. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, dive deep into business logic, structure requirements, and turn ideas into clear specifications. It’s a great opportunity to grow your analytical and communication skills while being at the core of complex technical projects. You’ll become the bridge between the client and the development team, helping build meaningful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Prepare clear documentation: business requirements, user stories, use cases, BPMN diagrams
- Model and optimize business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA
- Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning
- Support the project through all stages of its lifecycle
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation and structuring
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum principles
- Experience writing functional documentation and specifications
- Proficiency in process visualization (e.g., BPMN, diagrams, flowcharts)
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of client-server architecture
- Technical English proficiency
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro
