Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system designs.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
- Break down complex problems, analyze data, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation - Advanced
- Data Analysis & Visualization - Advanced
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies - Advanced
- Process Modeling, Data Mapping - Advanced
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Experience in Capital Markets and Investment Banking.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies are a plus.
