Job Description

Location: Mumbai

Travel: High Frequency (Regular travel to Lonavala, upcoming resort sites, and international/domestic luxury partner meets)

Target Profile: A sharp, sophisticated marketing strategist with a strict background in renowned international luxury brands (High-end Hospitality, Haute Couture, Fine Dining, Luxury Automotives, or Premium Lifestyle).

Job Purpose

Della Resorts is not just a destination; it is an ecosystem of extreme luxury, designer hospitality, and curated guest experiences. From India’s first military-themed resort to ultra-premium luxury villas and high-octane adventure parks, we redefine experiential luxury.

As the Manager – Brand & Marketing Strategist, you will be the chief architect of our hospitality brand's narrative. You will translate the visionary concepts of our founder, Jimmy Mistry, into highly compelling, international-standard brand strategies. Leveraging your pedigree in global luxury, your job will be to capture the mindshare and wallet share of HNWIs, corporate elite, and luxury travelers, positioning Della Resorts as the ultimate global lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Hospitality Positioning

Narrative Ownership: Maintain and elevate the premium, aspirational identity of Della Resorts, ensuring absolute visual and textual consistency across all resorts, restaurants, and lounges.

Curated Experiences: Develop marketing strategies for specialized offerings, including signature luxury villas, high-end wellness concepts, premium nightlife, and bespoke banqueting.

Global Benchmarking: Apply international luxury standards—borrowed from top-tier global hospitality and lifestyle houses—to Della's digital footprint, guest touchpoints, and collaterals.

  • Experiential Marketing & Strategic Alliances

Elite Partnerships: Identify, secure, and manage co-branding opportunities and strategic alliances with top-tier international luxury brands, artists, and lifestyle curators to enhance the guest experience.

Influencer & Media Relations: Cultivate direct relationships with luxury travel editors, high-profile HNWI lifestyle influencers, and tier-1 media houses to secure premium earned coverage and reviews.

Job Expectations

Ultra-Luxury Events: Conceptualize and direct high-visibility lifestyle events, fashion previews, and exclusive corporate retreats hosted at the resorts.

  • Campaign Performance & Mobility

360-Degree Campaigns: Design and drive high-impact digital and experiential marketing campaigns focused on driving direct resort bookings, corporate MICE, and luxury weddings.

On-Ground Execution: Travel frequently to the resort properties to audit brand compliance, launch new on-site concepts, and oversee the flawless execution of major marketing events.

Experience

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Luxury Pedigree: 5 to 9 years of hardcore brand management and marketing experience specifically within renowned international luxury brands (e.g., Luxury Hospitality, Haute Couture/Fashion, Luxury Lifestyle, or Premium Entertainment/Spas).

Target Audience Mastery: Deep, proven experience in understanding the consumer psychology of global luxury travelers and UHNIs.
