Position Title: Front Line Sales (Business Development Executive/Business Development

Manager/Sr. Business Development Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Channel Sales Manager)

– Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, General Insurance & Cross-selling other Financial Products like

Mutual Funds

Location:

Reports to: Assistant Unit Head/ Unit Head/ Sr. Unit Head

Key Responsibilities

 Sales Leadership & Target Achievement

  • Drive assigned targets for acquiring Fixed Deposits and selling insurance

products both life & general

  • Monitor performance and ensure achievement of premium and persistency

targets

  • Own and deliver location-specific KPIs including market share, productivity, and

activation

 Team Management

  • Lead, coach and mentor team of Business Associates
  • Build a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and skill

development of the business associates

  • Keep driving performance culture through regular interactions and providing

market and product updates

  • Set goals, review performance of BA’s

 Channel Development

  • Build and strengthen multi-channel distribution model through Agency Model

as well as direct sales

  • Manage key partner relationships and drive joint business planning with

channel heads

 Agency Channel Development

  • Expand agency base by recruiting high-quality advisors
  • Drive agency leader productivity through regular engagement, mentoring, and

rewards

  • Promote a performance-based culture with strong career progression

 Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, operational and company policies

 Market Intelligence

  • Gather and analyse competitive insights and market trends to drive regional

strategies

  • Recommend product/market fit improvements and promotional strategies

 Good product understanding

Qualifications & Experience

 Minimum Graduate/Postgraduate with 1 year to 8 years of sales experience in insurance (Life/Health), Fixed Deposits, Pharma or Retail industry
