Job Description

As a Booking Re-verification Associate, you will be an integral part of the rePUSHTI team. Your primary role will be to re-verify client bookings directly with hotels using our state-of-the-art platform. Your responsibilities will include making calls, sending emails, engaging in WhatsApp and live chats, and using other communication methods to ensure bookings are accurate and error-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking Re-verification: Confirm and verify hotel bookings through various communication channels such as calls, emails, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate in English and potentially other languages, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Multi-Tasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including switching between different software and tools.
• Research: Conduct online research to gather necessary information for booking verifications.
• Documentation: Write clear and concise emails and maintain accurate records of interactions and verifications.
• System Proficiency: Utilize shortcuts and efficiently navigate through different tabs and applications on a desktop or laptop.
