About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our SoCoffee kiosk inside InMobi’s Bangalore HQ.

This isn’t your usual café - it’s a warm, welcoming space that has a farm-to-cup orientation & works closely with the ecosystem. You’ll brew for a friendly community of InMobians, making this one of the best places to learn the craft and grow as a barista.

You’ll work closely with the team to maintain quality, consistency, and a great experience for every customer - from the first pour to the final smile.

What We’re Looking For

We believe attitude matters more than experience. If you're curious, disciplined, and genuinely love coffee and people, you’ll fit right in.

• Positive attitude
• Love for coffee
• Attention to detail
• Operational discipline
• Customer orientation
• Willingness to learn

This is a great place if you’re reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy showing up on time and doing your work with pride. If you tend to skip days, avoid communication, or struggle with consistency, this might not be the right fit.

Skills & Requirements

1. Basic café or barista experience
2. Good hygiene, punctuality, and teamwork.
3. Openness to feedback and continuous learning.
4. Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Other perks

• Coffee training & mentorship - Regular upskilling sessions with highly experienced baristas and coffee professionals from the ecosystem
• Estate & roasting visits - Get first-hand exposure to the entire coffee journey from farm to cup.
• Weekly communication sessions - Support to improve English communication and overall communication skills.
• Access to tastings & events - Be part of internal cuppings, community experiences, and new brews.
• Career growth - Opportunity to grow into Senior Barista or Café Lead roles based on performance as we expand.

Work Environment

The SoCoffee kiosk inside InMobi’s Bengaluru headquarters is designed for warm, everyday interactions.
