Job Title: Back Office ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:

Data Entry And Management

Accurately input data into the company's database or software.

Maintain and update records, ensuring they are kept current and accurate.

Documentation And Filing

Prepare, organize, and maintain various documents and files (physical or digital).

Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of documents.

Communication Support

Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.

Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.

Report Preparation

Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal teams or management.

Assist with research and compiling information for reports.

Customer Service Support

Respond to customer inquiries or requests that are routed to the back office team.

Resolve issues or forward them to the relevant department or person.

Inventory Management

Track office supplies and inventory.

Place orders for new supplies as needed.

Team Coordination

Coordinate with other teams (like front office or operations) to ensure seamless workflow.

Assist in project management or administrative tasks for different departments.

Process Improvement
