Experience - 3 to 8 years
Must-Have
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (contact flows, routing, queues) Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda and API Gateway Proficiency in Node.js or Python for serverless development Experience with REST APIs and system integrations (CRM/backend) Understanding of telephony concepts (IVR, call routing) and AWS services (Lex, CloudWatch)
