We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader for an AVP / VP – Sales role across multiple locations including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad. This position is designed for experienced professionals who bring a strong background in enterprise sales, particularly within cybersecurity, data privacy, or SaaS-based solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will engage with senior stakeholders such as CISOs, DPOs, CIOs, and legal leaders, positioning solutions as strategic enablers for compliance, risk management, and business transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of the data privacy and cybersecurity landscape, along with the ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear business value.

You will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies, leading high-value sales conversations, and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. This position demands a strong blend of consultative selling, domain expertise, and relationship management skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise sales and revenue growth across assigned regions
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance domains
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, DPOs, and legal heads
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from opportunity identification to deal closure
  • Position solutions effectively by aligning technical capabilities with business needs
  • Conduct strategic discussions, presentations, and solution demonstrations for enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solution approaches
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, cybersecurity sales, or SaaS solution selling
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding enterprise sales targets
  • Experience selling data privacy, cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance solutions
  • Strong network and relationships within CISO, DPO, CIO, and legal communities
  • Solid understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, India DPDPA, ISO 27701, PDPL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with privacy technologies such as consent management, data discovery, RoPA, DPIA, and vendor risk management
  • Ability to engage in both technical and business-level discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
